Queen City Music & Leadership Program

Queen City Music & Leadership is an After-School, Grant Funded Music Program for Manchester students.

Open to students grades 6 – 12 who live in the city of Manchester, this program brings together inspiring faculty to provide private lessons, ensemble experiences and other classes for in-depth music learning. Meets Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00-6:30pm, this is a great place to form friendships and develop leadership skills within a supportive community.

The program includes:

Semi-private lesson with a dedicated professional

A loaner instrument if needed

Participation in an auditioned orchestra or ensemble

Music theory classes

Piano lab classes

Participation in choir

Guided practice and mentorship

Through grant funding, every student is subsidized by at least 50% with additional financial assistance available.
