Financial Assistance

The Manchester Community Music School is committed to ensuring that anyone wishing to benefit from music education or music therapy services can regardless of their financial situation.

Through the generosity of many donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations, the Music School’s Financial Assistance Program provides assistance to students with demonstrated need and a commitment to learn.

Each year MCMS awards an average of $100,000 in financial assistance. The amount of aid is based on household income, family size, financial obligations and is limited by the availability of the Music School’s financial resources. Special consideration is given to families in the event of emergencies, illness, job loss or other extenuating circumstances. The majority of awards offer partial assistance.

To apply for financial assistance, please complete the Financial Assistance Form and the MCMS Volunteer Form. Please note, the Volunteer Form must be included with the Financial Assistance application.
