Teaching Philosophy

My goal when teaching is to help my students learn how to use music as a vessel for self expression. Music is a universal language that links us all together. My teaching style celebrates small victories while also teaching students the importance of making mistakes. I like to think of musicianship as a tool box that we are adding new tools into week after week.
