Instructions and Rules for Costume Contest 

Please Note: Winners Will Be Announced at 3:30 pm 

1. Please vote for the “Best Student Costume” and the “Best Adult Costume” by clicking on the link and filling out the form at the bottom of the webpage. 
2. You cannot vote for yourself! 
3. Four Winners will be announced.  
   1. The 1st place winner will receive a Ukulele! 
   2. 2nd, 3rd and 4th places winners will receive real harmonicas!  

Instructions and Rules for Scavenger Hunt  

1. Answer as many questions as you can on the website form. (Don’t worry, you may not be able to answer them all.) 

2. Some of the questions are specific to a break out room, since you won’t have time to visit all the rooms, you will not have all of the answers. That’s okay just answer as many as you can.  Some of the questions are “Wild Cards” and can be answered with musical trivia knowledge.  

3. Three Winners with the top scores will be chosen. If there is a tie, the winners will be chosen randomly from those that tied.  

         A. 1st place wins 6, 30-minute private lessons!  

         B. 2nd place wins a gift certificate for one of our 2021 Summer Camps!  

         C. 3rd place wins a gift certificate for a Sprouting Melodies Early Childhood session!  

  4.  Scavenger Hunt forms must be submitted by 3:15pm on October 24th
