Queen City Voices

The Queen City Youth Choir connects students grades 3-6 united by their love of singing and brings them together to develop vocal technique, performance skills, and an appreciation of a variety of musical styles.

Together they explore many musical styles using movement, games, and fun activities that engage students’ social, emotional and musical learning.

Directors: Susan Wilkes and Polly Towner
Ages: Grades 3 - 6
Rehearsal Time: Mondays, 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Start Date: September Students can join anytime at the discretion of the conductor
Number of Weeks: Full Year

Queen City Concert Choir

Using a variety of musical styles, rehearsals focus on healthy vocal technique, music reading, the beauty of singing with others, and working together as a choral team. Choir performs two in-house performances and various community performances.

Director: Polly Towner
Ages: Grades 6 - 12
Rehearsal Time: Tuesdays, 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Start Date: September 2 - May Students can join anytime at the discretion of the conductor
Number of Weeks: Full Year
