This holiday season, we invite you to come home to the place where so many people in our community have found connection, joy, and inspiration through the power of music.
For 43 years, our classrooms, ensembles, and therapy rooms have been filled with the sounds of learning, laughter, and healing. From a child’s very first lesson to an adult rediscovering joy in playing, MCMS is more than a school, it’s your home for music, joy, and belonging.
Today, more than ever, we rely on our community to help us continue this important work. Due to recent cuts in government funding, your support is essential to keep music alive in the Greater Manchester area. Music is a force for healing, connection, culture, and transformation. Your gift ensures that everyone in our community can access the life-changing power of music through lessons, ensembles, music therapy, and outreach programs in schools and community centers. We are proud to be your home for music, but we can’t do it without you.

How we serve Manchester:
- We provide private and group instruction through classes, ensembles, choirs and group music therapy sessions.
- We serve over 1,500 children, youth, and adults, helping them discover the transformative power of music.
- Manchester benefits from programs at our school and out in the community. We partner with major community organizations like Girl’s Inc., Boys & Girls Club, and over 10 school districts, providing quality music programming.
- We deliver over 40 performances out in the community and have a thriving Musicians for Hire program providing music for your private events.
- Our music therapy program provides over 2,000 sessions per year, serving clients at the center, in schools and community centers with over 20 active service contracts.

Your gift helps keep the instruments in tune, purchase sheet music and teaching supplies as needed.
Rhythm Maker: $150
Helps fund early childhood classes like Mini Maestros or pay for music- therapy supplies that help children and adults access healing through music.
Melody Maker: $250
Enables a child to attend a summer camp program.
Harmony Partner: $550
Enables a child to participate in an ensemble for an entire academic year.
Encore Circle: $750
Supports 6 weeks of music-therapy group sessions at a partner agency, or similar outreach-sized activity.
Virtuoso Circle: $1650
Provides a full academic year of private lessons for a child, or music-therapy services for an individual with special needs.
Visionary Circle: $2500
Bring music education and/or music-therapy sessions to partner community organizations for a full academic year or provide free after-school music programs to children in Title 1 schools.
