Composers Concert: Piece/Composer/Instrumentation(Required)

Forms must be filled out in their entirety to be accepted. Date preference is given on a first come first serve basis. Groups featuring MCMS faculty are given preference over non MCMS groups. Performers must be willing to provide brief bios, a press picture and complete program information one month before their performance. Pictures must be a high quality. Arrangements can be made to have a picture taken if necessary. These concerts will be Livestreamed to the MCMS You Tube Channel.(Required)
