1. They do not have a fever, runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath. 2. They do not have muscle aches, chills, severe fatigue, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. 3. They have not had a change in sense of taste or smell. 4. They have not been in close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have had COVID-19 in the past 14 days. 5. They have not traveled on non-essential travel in the past 14 days outside of NH.
