Celebrate Your Child’s Birthday at MCMS!

 

Give your child a special musical birthday celebration at Manchester Community Music School. Erin Zaffini, early childhood music specialist, will lead music activities perfect for the age of your partygoers! Ms. Erin will guide creative and engaging music activities for children to play together. Singing, playing instruments, and dancing will keep all happy and entertained while creating lasting memories of this special occasion.

How it Works

When you arrive, you will greet your guests in a private room for your party. Ms. Erin will lead children in a 60-minute music class. Following the music class, your guests will enjoy your food, cake and presents.

MCMS will prepare 2 rooms for your party use: one for the music class activity, and one for your refreshments. You provide all food, drink, paper products, and utensils.

Party space is contracted for a 2-hour event. Costs are based on a limit of 15 party attendees.

The Birthday Child will receive a gift from MCMS. Guests will receive a MCMS coloring book.

How to Book your Event

Contact Heather Chase Ignaszewski, Registrar/Office Manager at heather@mcmusicschool.org or 603-644-4548 and provide the month you wish to hold your party. We will confirm open and available dates within that month. Events are scheduled on an individual basis.

A contract for the event will be prepared to secure the date. A 50% deposit will confirm your contract, with full payment due 2 weeks prior to event.

Costs: $285 for party with 15 party guests
