Sam Friedman Cowan studied trumpet with Jared Breault from 2002-2010 and Mark Zeilinski from 2010 to 2012. He is currently attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida and majoring in Aeronautical Science with an Airline Pilot specialization. Currently, he is working as an intern First Officer for Cape Air flying the Cessna 402.
Celia Friedman Cowan studied flute with Aubrie Dionne from 1999-2007 and with Alan Weiss from 1998-1999. She also played in the Flute Choir for several years. After graduating, Celia attended Colby College majoring in biology and minoring in music and then attended the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. She is in her third year of veterinary school in the clinical portion of her training, so she sees and treat patients!
Ellen Bergeron studied with Elliott Markow, Noemi Miloradovic, and Matt Green from 2008-2011. She is currently at Eastman studying violin performance and music education and plans to graduate in May 2015. She currently studied with Renee Jolles of the Orpheua Chamber Orchestra.
AnnMarie Pinard studied with Chris Cavanaugh and played in the Prep and String Orchestras with Debbie Markow (2003-2006), the Concert Orchestra with Ben Greene/Barbara Schwalbe (2006-2008), and the Symphony Orchestra with Ben Green/Mark LAtham (2008-2012). She is now studying Music Education and Violin Performance at UNH.
Lizz Potter studied voice with Donna Lombardo and piano with Margaret Denton from 2002-2006. She attended and graduated with honors from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA with a B.M. in Vocal Performance. She has performed in Los Angeles at the House of Blues Voodoo Lounge, Pi on Sunset, El Cid, The Viper Room, and The Key Club. She has performed in NH at Cafe Le Reine and Milly’s Tavern. Lizz is an active singer/songwriter with her first album out on Itunes. She recently joined the MCMS faculty.
