Register for Lessons, Classes and Ensembles

Anyone can learn music at any age-- our students range from infants to octogenarians!   We have opportunities for everyone to learn an instrument, continue to grow through music, play in an ensemble or orchestra, participate in a group music class, or discover music for the first time. We present educational and financial aid programs without regard to race, color, religious belief, age, sex, nationality or ethnic origin. Our facility at 2291 Elm Street is fully handicapped accessible.  Come and Share the Music at MCMS!

Welcome to Registration for 2008-2009!
We have revised our Registration Form and Process, so please review all of your information carefully. In an effort to save time, paper and postage, we will be communicating as much as possible using e-mail and guiding you to our website. We now have one registration form per family, and all lessons and classes can be included. If you received a hard copy of this form and other materials in the mail, please contact us, as we do not have a current e-mail address on file for you.
